My name is Kate and I am a Co-Active Coach helping leaders of all kinds to ignite their creativity, uncover transformative insights, and achieve their boldest goals with clarity and purpose. As a lifelong learner, I am thrilled to be embarking on the next phases of my coaching journey by pursuing my International Coaching Federation (ICF) Certification and designation as a Master Certified Coach (MCC).

As part of the certification program, I will be practicing and further developing my coaching skills under expert supervision. In addition to classroom theory and practice, my expert coach will review samples of my coaching and offer guidance for improvement.

I am seeking five clients to partner with me during this aspect of my work. I say ‘partner’ because we will both get fantastic benefits from the relationship.

  • The opportunity to apply newly acquired skills and to gain experience.

    • I will need to record our calls for supervision purposes.

  • Your feedback. As part of our partnership, I would ask you to let me know what is and is not working for you.

  • The required training hours and experience in applying and developing my new skills.

We would begin with a complimentary Discovery Session. I would suggest that you take advantage of this whether or not you intend to enter a full coaching relationship. My clients tell me that they got a ton out of the Discovery Session alone.

After the Discovery Session, if it’s a ‘heck yeah’ for both of us, here is how our partnership would be structured:

  • We would have two sessions per month, over a three-month period, with sessions lasting 45-60 minutes each.

  • I would be available to you between sessions via email or short phone calls.

  • The per-session rate would be $50 plus tax. Normal rates are between $100 and $500, depending on the client’s level and stage of career.
